First Capital Pride Coalition in Chillicothe hosts free market days for all in the areas. You can see all the information you would need in the flyers and in our calendar on the homepage. We all need a little help sometimes.
Free Markets are every 3rd Saturday of the month 12-3pm at the Library.

Offers free HIV screenings, hep C testing, sexual health, prep and pep and education.
Alternatives to Violence Center
AVC is a duel domestic violence and rape crisis center providing 24-hour crisis intervention, education and community awareness. Agency advocates are specifically trained to provide immediate services utilizing trauma informed care.

Since January 2001, FRS Transportation has provided Non-Emergency Medical Transportation(NET) to Highland County residents eligible thru Medicaid. We have also provided job and educational training transportation thru the TANF program of the Highland County Department of Jobs and Family Services(HCDJFS)
In recent years FRST, in part thru grants provided by the Ohio Department Of Transportations(ODOT) now provides transportation to the general public in Highland, Adams, and Brown County.
